Registration for the 2026-27 CCJHA season opens for all new-to-the-league players at 7:00PM on Monday, June 29! 

To access the registration form, please click the "Registration" tab on the top bar of our main webpage or click here. This form will not be available until 7:00PM on June 29.  

Please note the following:  

• Should it happen that the division you are registering in is full, please WAITLIST!  While there is no guarantee we can fit all new players, we will do our best to accommodate as many players as possible once we know what numbers we are working with.
• To prepare for registration, you can look at the following article: How to Register.
• Before registering, please read through our League Information to ensure our league is a good fit for your family.  Our league is open to players from families who are in good standing within their local Christian church community and who regularly attend their church.
• League information, division information, and registration rates for the 2026-27 season are posted on our website. 
• Please note that your registration is not complete until payment has been made and your Player Medical Form is completed.

Please note the grades for each division - and be careful to register correctly for PLAYER or GOALIE:

• D Division: grades 1-3 (co-ed)
• C Division: grades 4-6 (co-ed) + grade 7 (females)
• B Division: grades 7-9 (males only)
• A Division: grades 10-13 (males only)
